Done yesterday and a new recipe i tried. It's cake that needs to stay in the fridge for like 3hrs and i made it 4hrs before it should be served lol
I always make cake last minute and never have any idea if i will succeed or not
Anyway, nothing left from this cake and everyone liked it, so i guess it was a good choice to make it.

. Du hast den so kurzfristig gemacht und der ist trotzdem so fest geworden? 
Ich find den Moment bei solchen Kuchen immer spannend, in dem man die Springform löst. Entweder das Ding steht oder es macht pflötsch und... es steht eben nicht.
