Description
And another new hobby for Anne, yay! Even though I won't spam you much with this here at DA. If you want to see more, follow me on FB (link below).
While making chocolates is rather easy in general, there are a bunch of things you have to keep in mind that can make it tricky if you want to have appealing and yummy results - but I am learning and so far family/relatives have been pleased. Me not so much, but that is nothing new that I am overly picky with the things I do
The ones at the top have been done for christmas as gifts for all my relatives (of course there have been MUCH more than just those few). It irks me a bit that I didn't have much time and chances to do better photos of the top ones, but christmas was extremely stressfull for me this time.
The ones in the middle of the bottom row are the first ones I ever did, with a "freehand" recipe.
At the left and right we have the same chocolates, just different shapes (for the right ones I used a mould). Gwendelyn kindly shared her recipe with me (altered it just a tiny bit), after seeing her chocolates some days ago. My mother loves them, so do IHere is how her chocolates look like!
As you can see, I still need to master how to temper chocolate

Tempering chocolate isn't easy and working with chocolate takes a lot of time! Sometimes too long... Luckily I can keep myself from eating alll of it! But I have to do some tastechecking every now and then to see if the flavouring is nice and/or enough.
The Wienernougats looks amazing! Great job! ^^
