I love the way the top looks. It look very festive, as it should for a birthday. A bit busy perhaps, but then who has a quiet birthday anyway? Well except for my great-grandmother, and she's dead, so we won't go there......
I like the light on dark green at the top, how the lighter green comes out as like lights shining from the back, or the rays of a star. That is very nice. The colors are quite complimentary, and it is very pleasant to the eye. I would love to see that in purple, which is MY favorite color.
