A tutorial quickie! It seems like a lot of people have problems with that new structure.
Made a simple txt-file with the class adjustments you need to get rid of all those borders and background of the gruze structure a while ago. Today i decided to share it with you and added some more blabla to it, to let it look a bit more important lol
Just a few code lines can be easily overlooked. Hope it's useful for you! If you find any grammar or other mistakes, let me know. Too ill and lazy to check it
I've been using the code to work from for most every journal I've done using the gruze structure! Thank you for the helpful guide! Question on the .gr-top img though; can it be altered? If so, how? And also, if it can be altered, how do I move it to be adjacent to the journal title (which is under my .gr-top image)?
I haven't really worked with the image and usually hide it. And imo it's easier to add a new image and place it via absolute/relative position rather than adjusting that image.
I will keep that in mind. I actually worked it out so that I could hide the image and use my header instead, but I'll definitely try the relative positioning the next time as well!
Oh! Sorry I'm so late. Dunno if it's any help now, but... I ended up coding it so that my header image (coded so it was the replacement for the blue journal) was positioned where the gr-top was supposed to be, then using the gr-box for the header as a background (on non-repeat, and where the image actually ended I set the color to make it look as if it continued). After that, I just altered everything to fit around/over the header. That method only works for solid colors as far as I know though.
