Winter Drip Cake

Always wanted to do one and here it is   
It comes with lemon/passion fruit flavour (could have been more though).

Decorated with self-made chocolate pieces, meringue, Royal Icing snowflakes and gelatin bubbles.


Additional to this I also made 136 Royal Icing cookies and 60 chocolates as Christmas gifts. You can see photos of those on my Facebook page (link below).
