Hurts a bit to delete this at the other account because of the lovely feedback i received and because i was able to submit this to a great group, but maybe i'll get the chance to re-add it there later again

This was done as part of the artisan craft meme challenge i started after featuring it as a DD. I know that people often complain about the meme stuff... someone even was amazed that i gave a DD to white squares... but seriously: this meme is just awesome!

I tried many new things and i have never done this kind of thing before (ok maybe once back in elementary school, but that's long ago and i bet the teacher did most of it anyway).

It's a great challenge to work with different media and very inspiring as well. Next thing is already planned as well

Used plywood, cut out the fairy pieces, painted on the wood with acrylics, added the hair piece with glue and the legs/arms with wire.

Done in one day from scratch. Time needed was maybe about 4hours.

War anfangs nicht so sicher, ob es so ohne weiteres klappt. Hab einfach drauf los gemalt und auch direkt auf dem Holz die Farben gemischt. Glückerlichweise hat es bestens funktioniert
